I read a book forever ago and I can't remember the title. But the plot..... Heroins name is Norah, occupation: nurse. Norah is in love with her late sisters husband. Husband blames Norah for her death, then finds out she has a heart problem that she has kept hidden. LOVED this book when i was a teenager, and it is similar to Diana Palmers style, so if it ISN'T hers, maybe someone here can point me in the right direction. Would be MUCH appriciated. Isadora dies after complications from pneumonia and Dr. Ramon and her uncle and aunt blames Noreen Kensington for her death. They never knew she also had a close call at the same day. After she collapses in a Marta bus on her way to the job, Ramon operates her never knowing who Jane Joe was in the operation table.
