"Light & Fruity Pie"

Hi everyone this is a very easy and cheap desert to make and it isn't that bad for you either! And believe me it is very tasty!! lol
Enjoy!
What you need:
1 Graham Cracker pie crust
1 3 oz box of jello mix( I have always used cherry or strawberry)
1 8 oz. tub of cool whip
1 tray of ice cubes

Okay first always put the cool whip in the fridge to thaw out the night before you wanna make it...can be cold just not frozen)
Boil 1/4 cup of water, put it in a bowl and add the jello
stir well. Put in about 1 tray of ice cubes and stir well for about a minute. Then take out the pieces of ice left in the mixture. Next, add the cool whip and stir well. Pour mixture into pie crust..( there may be some extra. I just put extra back in the cool whip container) Last you put the lid on and put in the fridge....
If you put the extra in cool whip container you can check that to see when the pie has set up..I would say takes a few hours.
After the pie is set cut and enjoy!

Mindy
