"Oreo Balls"

I just got this emailed to me...

1 package Oreo cookies
1 8oz cream cheese (soften)
1 package almond bark white chocolate

Crush cookies (put in a gallon baggy and beat w/a meat mallot)put in a bowl. Add cream cheese and mix together with hands. Form into little balls.
Put chocolate in separate bowl and melt in microwave. Dip balls into chocolate. Use toothpick or fork to remove the balls after coated. Place on wax paper and let chocolate harden.

Note: you can add spinkles before hardening or drizzle dark chocolate after hardening.

Well, I tried it last night. I suggest using a rolling pin to crush the Oreo's. My S-in-L called and reminded me that since I was using cream cheese I should remember to put them in the fridg. So now I have crushed Oreo's in a bag and I'm waiting until next weekend to make them because I don't know how long they will last and I'm giving them them out as snack packages.

I think I've had these with milk and dark chocolate, not white, but I'm sure they're very good with the white chocolate too.
