"gluten free foods"

Hi everyone! Well I am just wondering if anybody else has food allergies like I do. I am allergic to:
wheat
peanuts
soy
dairy
I also eat very little meat. Lately I have grown tired eating salads (veggies and fruits) and rice base products. I would love some new recipes on how to prepare veggies and fruits and any other recipes that may fit into my food reguirements. Thank-you!

I hate to say it, but sounds boring!!!

Try this aussie web-site:
http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/collections/groups/healthy+recipes

Members can critique recipes, eg: too bland, needs more whatever.
Hope this helps.

I also read para normal romance but on Yasmine Galenorn had a Gluten Free Recipe Blog. And this is one of the recipes she has on there. http://glutenfreekitchenwitch.blogspot.com/

Coconut Milk Shake

* 1½ packed cups So Delicious chocolate coconut milk non-dairy frozen dessert
* 2/3 cup rice or soy milk
* 1 tbsp Vanilla flavored agave nectar

Blend well, makes one medium shake.

I hope this helps you. I really enjoy this site.

Anyway I recently saw my doctor again and went over some helpful tips and he sent me to a dietcian (did I spell that right?)and we went over some diffent food plans.
