"Measures"
I have found many promising recipes on the internet.
The "problem" is the measures, US measures.
I can "translate" ounce and pound, but how much is a cup?
Is it a standard measure, or do I use any size cup?
The recipe could end up as a soup or porridge depending on the size of the cup used.Would be nice to know, so I can cook without experimenting a lot at first, to find the right sized cup.

I found a converter on the internet, so I think I'm ready to start cooking now ![]()
Wouldn't standard worldwide measurements be nice sometimes (sigh)?
Would at least make it easier to use recipes found on the internet, or in international cook books, without having to rewrite the recipe so it can be made to use.![]()
