I read a Diana Palmer novel about a girl whose boss was injured and rather than closing down the office, she goes home with him to his brother's ranch. The brother doesn't want anything to do with women and tries to stay away from her. She ends up getting caught in a snow storm and he rescues her and takes her back to the ranch to recuperate. Her boss gets invited back to the ranch for Christmas, but she doesn't go, and his brother calls her on the phone wondering why she didn't come, and then surprises her at her parents house for Christmas. "RE: identify the book title" In response to message #0   LAST EDITED ON Nov-16-09 AT 02:23 PM (EST)   Yes, that is one of my favorite, it is Woman Hater and the character is Winthrop Christopher and Nicole White. The boss wasn't injured but as a bad stomach ulcers that is causing bad health that require him to take a break on his family's ranch which is run by his brother.
