"Need Help With Book"

I'm looking for her book where the main characters were going to be married and the groom wakes up one morning with another woman and she finds she's pregnant and the groom must break it off with the woman he loves.

Many years later she comes back to the town and the reconnect. I thought it was Maggie's Dad, and although they have similar plot lines, it's not the book title I'm looking for.

Thanks

hhhmmmm....could it be 'Ethan'? But I do not believe they were engaged to be married at the beginning when she left.

Still scratching my wee brain here!

It might be "Eye of the Tiger".
The male character, Keegan Taber, seduced Eleanor Whitman some years ago, but she found he was engaged to someone else.
Can't remember about any baby, though.

It seems I would have to read the book again to find out. What a horrible task

   Hi!

I believe the plot you are describing is one in a trilogy that Diana wrote with some other authors. The book I have is called Montana Mavericks Weddings. Diana wrote The Bride Who Was Stolen in the Night, Ann Major wrote Bride, Baby and All, and Susan Mallery wrote Cowgirl Bride. Each of the stories is connected and the plot you describe is Susan Mallery's story. This is one of my favorite reads. Diana does a great job starting the book off and her story gets you hooked enough to keep reading the others which were excellent too.

Did he become a big time lawyer, come back home and buy a ranch, raising a son that ended up not being his, and wanted the girl to manage the ranch for him? He was also planning to run for political office and the girl didn't think she was good enough????......
