"Memory loss...."

You ladies seem to know everything about Dianas books, so I'm hoping anyone can help me out

I can't remember a book, or maybe two. Suddenly I had a couple of scenes in my head, and I can't for the life of me remember which book(s) they're from.

The first scene is the main character, and her mother hitting a bull with their car. The bull ends up dead. The main character takes the blame, although it was her mother driving.

The second scene is the leading lady and the brother of the leading man taking a trip somewhere, flying. They and up emergency landing, and comes home to the ranch a day or so later, to find the leading male character a bit angry, and worried.

I don't know if this is from the same book, or two different books, but I'm sure anyone on this board can help me out

Thank you!!!

It was driving me crazy. I hate when I can't remember which books the scenes I suddenly have in my head are from.
And just looking at the back of the books didn't enlighten me much either.

Now I know which book to read again
