"Most Difficult DP Book to Find?"

I only need about 40 of Diana's book to have all of them. I was just wondering while everyone was gathering their collections which titles were the hardest to find in used stores, antique shops, etc. It seems like I only see the same title in my area and I now plan to go online for the rest. So I was which ones were hardest to find and begin my searches there. Thanks!

The older ones by the other company and I only need 20 more to complete my collection. I hope you have good luck finding your books for your collections.

The only book i need to complete my collection is Color Love Blue but it costs 55 euro (82USD) on Amazon and that is way too much for only one book!

I would agree....the early ones she wrote. Some have be re-released...so it makes them easier to find. Now the most difficult and hardest to find...the holy grail of her books...At Winter's End. That is the only book that is missing from my collection. Who knows...someday I may win the lottery and hire a private investigator to find it for me....LOLOLOL

Best thing to do...go to the booklist....and print out her books and check off the ones you have....

At Winter's End is the one that is impossible to find. You can get all the others but some will be costly. Color Love Blue is the most expensive. All the Candlelight books ae harder to find but can be found

You aren't kidding! I've been collecting for two years and I have 60 books so far. Although I've found that some people will charge upwards of a hundred dollars for some of her earlier books which I think is rediculous! I nearly cried when I found His Girl Friday- and some clown wanted a hundred and fifty dollars! I love DP but not that much! Anyway, good luck girls and guys on your hunt for all things DP because it's getting pretty thick out there let me tell you. I search Amazon, Alibris, BookSwap, Borders, Barn And Nobles, and anyother site I hope to find DP's books. So far Amazon's been good to me as is the used book store and thrift shops. So I'm sticking with that!

I had alot of DP books when I married in 1988 but had to give all my books up because I did not have room for them. I reastarted my book collection in 1999. I found most of the older ones in thrift stores, yard sales and library sales, I used ebay and abebooks.com for the others I could not find. I bought my copy of Color Love Blue in 1999. I paid $20 for it then

I've got all the DP books except for Color love blue. I bought half of them but the rest i got from my auntie when she passed away. When i've looked online for color love blue the sellers are charging £40/£50. I refuse to pay that on principle-will just have to wait for it to be reprinted.

I am only missing At Winter's End and Color Love Blue also. As with most people looking I can't find At Winter's End and Color Love Blue is always just too expensive. One of these days I may have to cave and buy it anyway, because I really would like to have them all.

I've decided that I could do without At winters end, as I understand that the only way it will be re-printed is if "ms Palmer is no longer with us"...NO WAY... I'll do without it... Thank you

Cath.

The only one i have left to find is At Winters End too I had such fun finding all the others but biy were some of them expensive Color Love Blue like Cath I paid £40 for but it was worth it.
My DP collection is insured against fire, theft etc as to replace it would cost me well over £1000 as i have a few duplicate some of which I paid a few pounds for now to replace them will cast me over £100 !!!

As the others have said if I cant find THE ONE 2nd hand I can wait for years & years for it !!!!!

Try going to walmart.com, target.com, kmart.com
a lot of the older books are being reprinted but only being sold in some stores. I found out way to late and paid dearly for a lot of my oldler books . The only only one I don't have is Winter's End.
