"Writers similar to Diana"

I have been trying to find books with a style writing like Diana Palmer. I know this is a reach because Diana is in a class all her own. Her older stuff is my favorite. Please send your ideas my way.

Try Susan Fox (she no longer writes) and Judy Christenberry (I don't think she writes any longer either). You'll have to buy at used bookstores or online. My favorite Susan Fox book is A Wedding in the Family. Judy Christenberry has written several series that I like; the Randall books and From the Circle K.

A trilogy of books that reminds me of Palmer's older writing is by Barbara McMahon (Wyoming Wedding, Bride on the Ranch, and Angel Bride)

I like Kat Martin myself. Her heroines aren't all virgins but they aren't loose either. Her hero's are strong and keep their feelings well hid until the end.

I think Catherine Anderson has a similar style, she written books which are linked eg. bothers, cousins etc Her heroines aren't all virgin/perfect and some of the hero's have issues.. she also writes historicals which are linked to the "current" books too....

I enjoy reading Linda Howard, Elizabeth Lowell, Rachel Lee. Linda Lael Miller and Joan Johnston are also similar to Diana's books. The older Nora Roberts are different but a good read. Michèle F.

Joan Johnston is the closest I have read- does a lot of 'cowboys', her books are connected like DP's are with relatives and the town and familys going down generations.

I read Joan Johnston, Jodi Thomas,Carolyn Davidson and Kate Bridges.
